The Website provides information about the services of JIN SPACE Co., Ltd., including office space, business addresses, meeting space and company setup support, as well as online features such as tour booking, plan inquiries and the JIN AI concierge.

Bookings or inquiries you submit through the Website are expressions of interest only and do not create a lease or service contract. Actual plans, prices and terms of use are subject to the Company’s formal quotation and a written contract signed by both parties.

You agree to provide true and accurate information, and not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its normal operation, distribute malicious software, or infringe the rights and interests of others.

All content on the Website, including text, images, trademarks, logos (including JIN SPACE and 競 空間), layout design and software, is protected by the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and related intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, adapted or publicly transmitted without the Company’s prior written consent.
6. JIN AI Concierge
Responses from the JIN AI concierge are for reference only, may be incomplete or out of date, and do not constitute an offer, commitment or professional advice from the Company. Formal plans, prices and contract terms are subject to a quotation from our staff.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google Maps and social media platforms). Those websites are solely responsible for their own content and privacy practices, and the Company makes no warranty regarding them.
