JIN SPACE
Officially Opens
A next-generation international business space in the heart of Taipei’s Xinyi District
JIN SPACE officially opened in September 2026.
Our first location, at 2F.-1, No. 415, Sec. 4, Xinyi Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City, sits in the heart of Taipei’s business district. It is the starting point from which JIN SPACE is building out a new generation of business spaces.
Today, companies change size quickly, and cross-city collaboration and flexible work are becoming the norm. An office is no longer just a fixed place to run a business; it is a key part of a company’s image, its efficiency and its access to resources.
From Taipei’s Xinyi District, your company’s next base
JIN SPACE chose Taipei’s Xinyi District for its first location. It brings together corporate headquarters, finance, professional services and international business, and is one of Taipei’s most iconic business districts.
We want “where you work” to stop being a constraint for companies and become part of their growth strategy.
More than space: the services your business needs
That is why JIN SPACE is built around “Space × Business Services × Technology.” We will keep introducing digital tools and AI so that space inquiries, service matching, bookings and everyday business needs can be handled more intuitively and efficiently.
JIN SPACE sets out
September 2026 marks the first milestone for JIN SPACE. Starting from Taipei’s Xinyi District, we look forward to meeting more entrepreneurs, professionals, growing businesses and international teams.
